The Hispanic Community for Policy (HCP) is a national, non-partisan, non-profit, grass-root advocacy organization for Hispanic Americans focusing on foreign and related domestic policy.

HCP is an open policy forum for Hispanic Americans. 

HCP works to involve all Hispanic Americans in public policy so every Hispanic American can benefit economically, socially, culturally and politically. With HCP initiatives, Hispanics anywhere can gain insight, give their opinions and strengthen our community.
